Scope Of Work
At the begging of this project there was a large amont of talk as it had the apperance of a lake. Some would wonder, "how are you going to get all that water out of there." Moss and Associates directed Ebsary and Florida Concrete to pour a trimmy seal 25' under water untill each sector is water proofed. This process took about one year to complete as FCU pumped over 110,000 cubic yards of trimmy mix under water. Once completed FCU then placed the million square foot 12" thick slab on grade. The Slab on Grade was followed by two more parking decks the same size and then 7, seven story buildings. Moss utilized at least one 61M and one 55M day in day out. Most pours began at 3AM and were poured out by 7AM.
