Scope Of Work
Campbell Plumbing has been selected to provide complete plumbing services for the NAS Jacksonville New Commissary project. This project also includes additions and alterations to the existing Base Exchange and Pharmacy buildings. Campbell's an integral part of the Hoar Construction Company team. Our plumbing scope includes the domestic water system and domestic water booster pump, sanitary sewer system, a massive amount of cast iron piping, and underground vent piping below the commissary freezer slab. We'll hook-up the Owner-provided kitchen equipment and provide and install the 1500 gal. grease trap. Our payroll will be governed by the Davis Bacon Act. Importantly, our employees will be badged through the RAPIDGate Program. Campbell has participated in this security protocol on many of our previous military projects. The two photo images provided with this profile include the ceremonial "turning of the shovels" groundbreaking event held on February 19, 2015 and a large shipment of cast iron piping delivered to the project site.
