Scope Of Work

The Everbank Field Improvements project consisted of the demolition and reconstruction of a large portion of the north end zone elevated decks as well as the installation of two end zone video scoreboards. These video boards are  the largest of their type in the world. To further enhance the in-stadium game day experience, two large swimming pools were installed and provisions were made for over twenty game day hospitality cabanas. Campbell's plumbing scope included complete water, sewer, and gas systems as well as a massive amount of trench drain work. Campbell prefabricated much of their work off-site (in Campbell's prefabrication shop) so as to conserve what precious little laydown space existed. This fast tracked project had to be completed a mere 120 days from the day it started. To make matters even more intersecting were the two events - a Carrie Underwood concert and a professional soccer game - that were scheduled for Everbank Field prior to the exhaustion of the 120 day construction schedule. It's important to note that Campbell Plumbing did not miss a single interim turnover milestone during the project and was hailed by the Hunt+Elkins team as a role model to which the other subcontractors could aspire. Actually, it was known from the start that there'd be zero tolerance for poor subcontractor performance and less than zero for schedule creep. Campbell exhibited neither.
