Scope Of Work
Campbell's work included demolition and full scope plumbing systems of domestic water and sanitary sewer. Also included all plumbing fixtures. Work was performed on three floors - the 38th, 39th and 40th. This was an occupied building during our work so great care and attention were paid to minimizing any impact on current tenants. Material handling, dust and noise control, and building security were all critical issues managed successfully by Campbell Plumbing. Campbell's goal during any renovation project where we share a space with an existing tenant is "to be seen but not felt". Mission was accomplished here.
