Scope Of Work
Campbell Plumbing provide complete water, sewer, and medical gas as part of this addition/renovation of the Geriatric Psychiatric Department. Because the plumbing work was performed alongside on-going hospital operations, strict adherence to the Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) process was observed. Accordingly, a crucial work item was the erection and maintenance of the ICRA panels. These panels represented an important line of defense against construction dust and debris. In addition, Campbell altered their work shifts in order to minimize disruptions to hospital staff. It's gratifying to note that there were no unscheduled interruptions to hospital business. Campbell took the lead when it came to scheduled water shut downs and did so without problems. This project was under the purview of Florida's Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA). All AHCA inspections were passed without problems, including the critical 100% final inspection.
