Scope Of Work
Campbell's build-out of this physician's office took place on the sixth floor of a fully operational mid-rise medical office building. The plumbing included both domestic water and sanitary sewer. As in all of Campbell's renovation work, great care was taken while working around existing conditions. Each utility shutdown was scheduled in advance and successfully coordinated with both the general contractor, Brasfield & Gorrie and Owner, St. Vincent's Medical Center. Any items of work - such as necessary core drilling - were scheduled for after hours so as not to disrupt the doctor's daytime business.
