Scope Of Work
The counterpart to AEP Transmission Building I, Building II creates an additional office facility completed at AEP’s New Albany campus. Mid-City completed all electrical installations for the 180,000-square-foot new construction project, which encompassed:
Twenty EV charging stations
Three primary feeds
One 3000 amp main electrical distribution system
All lighting and daylight harvesting lighting controls
Emergency responder radio
Wireless access points
Video distribution system
Sound masking
Flywheel UPS that feeds both transmission buildings
Complete fire alarm system installation
Square Feet: 180,000 square feet
