Square Feet: 218,598 square feet
Scope of Work: The counterpart to Parks Edge West, Parks Edge East tower is comprised of 12 stories of luxury condo space made up of eighty individual base fit-out condo units in a post-tensioned structure. Completing the work within a limited construction footprint due to its location, we performed deep underground to tie into existing utility power and communications. Some of the units involved heavy customization per the Owner’s request as well. Mid-City’s electrical scope of work included:
12 occupied floors and 80 condo units
More than 3,100 light fixtures
6,100 receptacles and light switches
Nearly 19,000 feet of conduit
