Scope Of Work
Phase II This expansive 211,000-square-foot terminal is home to Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines’ Oasis of the Seas, one of the largest cruise ships in the world. Moss was brought in during Phase II of this project by Broward County to assess the schedule and to develop and implement a recovery plan to ensure timely completion. Moss provided five team members to work with the county on managing schedules, cost, design interface, and all financial processes. Moss’ close work with the county resulted in the Terminal 18 opening ahead of schedule in October 2009.
