Scope Of Work

This multi-phase remodel project for H-E-B featured upgrades to the existing refrigeration system. The refrigerated case layout was updated throughout the store, and the bakery and deli freezer insulated wall panels were replaced. The sushi department and Cooking Connection were demolished and relocated, and a new deli area and “True Texas BBQ” prep area were added to the store. The customer lounge area was upgraded with a new layout, fixtures and millwork, and two new consultation offices were constructed near the pharmacy. Additional updates included new fixtures and finishes in the restrooms, new signage, upgraded lighting fixtures and paint. On the roof of the building, the energy management system and HVAC units were replaced with upgraded equipment.
