Scope Of Work
Located near Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, the new four-level, 74,000-square-foot Aloft Austin Airport Hotel includes 136 guest rooms, a lobby bar, a fitness center and a swimming pool. The building has a prefabricated structure. To give this boutique hotel a modern and fresh look, the façade boasts a mixture of exterior insulation and finish systems, Prodema rain screen and spandrel glass.
