Scope Of Work
In 2006, SpawGlass constructed the Bethany United Methodist Church (UMC) Addition/Renovation Phase 2. This project included construction of a new two-level, 19,750-square-foot Christian Education Building, a 1,544-square-foot expansion and renovation of the existing sanctuary and alignment of the main entry driveway. The church campus and sanctuary remained open throughout construction.
SpawGlass returned to the Bethany UMC campus in 2015 to construct a detention pond and add 366 parking spaces. After approval of the Guaranteed Maximum Price, construction then began on a new worship center, complete with a Narthex, catering area and choir suite. The building totals approximately 24,000 square feet and accommodates 1,200 seats.
