Scope Of Work
The SpawGlass team built the new 106,000-square-foot Jones Crossing H-E-B along with a fuel station and car wash over eight months while coordinating construction activities with the ongoing development of the surrounding retail site and infrastructure by other contractors. The team overcame more than 50 days of delay caused by weather and changes to the exterior design required by the City.
