Scope Of Work
At the Military and Goliad H-E-B, SpawGlass provided a 13,940-square-foot addition to the left side of the 89,000-square-foot store. Expansion areas included produce, bakery, seafood, meat and Meal Simple. Work also included construction of new towers at the front two entrances, the addition of a Texas Backyard area, and Curbside and parking lot improvements. Additionally, the rear concrete loading dock area was expanded to provide ample turning space for delivery trucks. The project was completed in phases to keep the store open and operational.
