Scope Of Work

The 45,000-square-foot Spanish and Mediterranean-inspired North Park Lexus Rio Grande Valley facility sits on a 7.5-acre lot. The exterior features stucco walls with Cantera stone accents, Spanish-style red-tile roof and dark-stained exposed faux beams extending beneath the soffits. Rounded archways and facades as well as a 49-foot, three-bell tower further highlight the signature cultural flair of the building. Inside, the building features a large showroom, 12 vehicle service bays with gift shop, a café with coffee bar and eight sales offices. The 556-vehicle lot includes a lush courtyard with a decorative fountain, an adjacent 3,000-square-foot car wash/make-ready building and salt-finished sidewalks.
