Scope Of Work
St. Alban’s Episcopal Church and School has a long history in Harlingen. The church is nearly 100 years old, and the school is over 60 years old. Its latest addition, the St. Alban’s Reed Outreach Center, is youth-focused and includes a stage for performances, an audiovisual system, a basketball court, a climbing wall, showers, a kitchen area and a youth room for small gatherings.
