Scope Of Work
For Phase I of the Augusta Independent School renovation, Trace Creek focused on updating the roof, doors and windows of the existing building. The roof was replaced with a durable EPDM membrane, and windows were replaced to modernize the building and improve energy efficiency. In addition, Trace Creek replaced aluminum, wood doors, hand rail and hardware throughout the building.
