Scope Of Work
Trace Creek was honored to construct a massive new mental wellness facility adjacent to Comprehend, Inc.’s existing building on Forest Avenue in Maysville. Comprehend provides vital health and wellness services to the community, so it was important for the existing facility to remain open throughout the construction process.
Working closely with Comprehend, Trace Creek constructed the 25,303-square foot addition, carefully scheduling work to minimize noise and disruption, so that patients and staff could continue to enjoy a safe and healthy environment.
As part of the construction process, Trace Creek designed a shoring system to support the existing structure as well as the parking area and major state highway that runs perpendicular to the site.
The new addition includes a conference area for training as well as space for administrative and acute primary care.
