In 1986, after years of working as an HVAC chiller mechanic I decided it was time to start a venture of my own. My wife and I began to plan this venture soon called Cool-Breeze Air Conditioning Corp. In 1987 Cool-Breeze was incorporated, and began servicing South Florida.

Don Gaesser formerly president of a large successful HVAC & plumbing firm for over 20 years, Don brings over 50 years of industry experience including plan & spec and design/build. Projects included, hospitals, hotels, condos, office buildings, government projects ranging from 5mil to 32mil mechanical contracts. Before relocating to Miami, Don served in various capacities for several major mechanical contractors. He was also a credentialed trade college instructor.
