Scope Of Work

This is a Crtema De Marfil Lime stone floor located in the Miami area in South Florida.  The floor was in dire need of our services.

 The floor was completely worn down, scratched and stains.  The floor was in such disrepair that the owner of the house wanted to replace all the flooring.  We let them know that that wasn't necessary.

Lime Stone Restoration Miami Project Solution

We used diamond abrasives to grind the floor and remove the scratches and dull spots and repaired the stains.  We then applied Everlast Step1 Hardener to make the lime stone floor was harder and scratch resistant.  We passed more diamond abrasives to make the stone restoration smoother.  Then, we powder polished the floor and finally, applied Everlast Step 2 Sealer.  This makes the floor scratch resistant and stain resistant in addition to slip resistant.  Greatly reducing future maintenance and risk of falling.
