Scope Of Work
TPC has been working with Grocery Outlet to grow their brand throughout Northern and Southern California, Oregon, Washington and Idaho. We have been working together since 2010 and have completed 160 new retail stores in four western states.
Many of the projects were tenant improvements where we converted existing buildings into new Grocery Outlet stores. We have also completed build to suit ground up stores for developers.
