Our History and Founder
In 1973, Sandy Dincolo worked for Blastrac on the sales and repair of Blastrac machines. He established the west coast division of Blastrac becoming the leading expert in shot blasting and Blastrac equipment repair.
In 1984, Sandy started California Concrete Cleaning, Inc., his own shot blasting and concrete renovation business. There were no flooring scrapers in the market that could handle the removal of coatings and materials that would last. Sandy knew he needed stronger, better tools, and designed the Beef Stick, a scraper that maximizes manpower, saves money and delivers the professional results that his customers expect. Originally, Sandy made these tools for his own jobs, but the outstanding quality of work produced by his tools, created a demand in the market, leading to the creation of Cucamonga Tool Co. in 1995. Sandy continues to design tools and equipment that is needed in the industry. He uses his own personal experience as the leading contractor in the floor renovation industry to shape and develop his tool line.
