Scope Of Work
After having worked with the owner of the Keys Energy Center on previous projects, KCC was asked to design and construct a 6,000 square foot pre-engineered warehouse building with an administration office space
The Keys Energy Center was under operation at the time of constructing the additional building, so safety requirements and understanding the on-going operations were of utmost importance for KCC and the client. To complete the project on schedule, KCC managed trades inside and outside of the building simultaneously.
