Scope Of Work
The Florence Township Fire District and Robbie Conley, Architect have jointly endeavored to objectively evaluate the constraints of the existing conditions, under which the Fire Prevention and Rescue Services have been operating. We also will produce a design solution reflecting the current needs and future growth potential of the district.
This new Florence Fire House occupies block 155.47, lot 10.01 off of the old New Jersey Turnpike Access Road. Robbie Conley, Architect has developed Construction Drawings to meet the unique needs of the Florence Fire District.
The new facility consists of 7 bays, a meeting/training room, offices, lounge, and male and female sleeping and shower facilities.
The construction cost for this building was 3.5 million dollars.
Construction was completed on July 1, 2006.
