Scope Of Work
The 204,000 square foot, ten-level medical office building which is located in The Texas Medical Center includes high-end elevator lobbies, elevator cabs, and restrooms. This building was built on a 29,000 square foot underground parking garage and contains all the requirements for the high-rise code. The 416,720 square foot, 14-level parking garage includes parking for over 1,450 vehicles.
