Scope Of Work
This project includes the core and shell of a 100,000 square foot, five-story building and a two-level, 224-vehicle precast parking garage. The building consists of a steel structure with curtainwall, metal panels, and punched opening skin. The lobby was finished with Mahogany millwork, limestone and blue granite accent stone. The site also includes a detention pond.
