Scope Of Work
Full Renovation of a restaurant. The scope of work includes but not limited to:
- Exterior - Demo the existing exterior portico and front entrance. Demo existing foundation, pour new footers and beams, frame new entry tower and side tower and finish with stone.
- Exterior - Patch entire parking lot, seal-coat and strip
- Exterior - Pour new rear sidewall and footings for new towers
- Exterior - New Asphalt roof and PVC roof
- Interior - Complete renovation, demo old walls and finishes all flooring, Install new partitions and low walls, install new captive air hood system, new walls for new finishes. New millwork and tops.
- Interior - Fabricate and install clouds and wall divider detail, Undergrounds electrical and plumbing. Complete building electrical rewire and bring to code.Reinforce Structural members.
