Scope Of Work
This first generation retail build out is infused with unique building elements to highlight the lively feel of the art studio. The signature element is the custom stained and polished concrete floor. It features a one-of-a-kind pattern created by the GSD superintendent and flooring specialist in coordination with the Artrageous owners. Even with this specialty construction, GSD delivered the project under budget.
