Emerson Chloride’s first generation build-out was comprised of three principal interior areas: office, warehouse and manufacturing. The specialized testing and manufacturing operations required the most unique elements. GSD installed a complex electrical and wiring system, as well as a new pad mounted electrical transformer, to efficiently service the space.
The entire 35,000+ sq. ft. build out was completed in 90 days.
