Unexpected time away from business is money lost. So when Mahindra needed to move the completion date up by five weeks to prevent manufacturing downtime, GSD delivered all 134,815 sq. ft. ahead of schedule.
The multi-scope project is the home to Mahindra’s entire sales, executive staff, parts storage and manufacturing for all of North America. GSD partnered with specialized contractors from across the nation to accommodate the custom machinery, rack storage system and electrical requirements needed for production. The exterior portion of the Mahindra campus also required site work, drainage and civil planning to create 2 acres of paved concrete utilized as inventory storage.
