Fellow commercial industry partner, Spectra Flooring, tapped GSD for the remodel of their Houston office. The reinvented office space boasts a spacious resource library with custom millwork, open break-room and updated bathrooms. Material storage and the high pile permit requirement posed a unique challenge in the warehouse portion of the remodel. GSD coordinated with representatives in and out of state to install storage that was efficient and addressed all permitting and fire prevention requirements. Three hydraulic pit levelers were also added to maximize loading and delivery capabilities.
