Scope Of Work
The new Wellness Center for the College of Southern Maryland, Leonardtown Campus is the final building to be constructed on this campuses master plan and the second building built by Scheibel Construction for CSM Leonardtown.
This 32,500 square foot building includes an indoor competition pool as well as a therapy pool. In addition, there is a weight room and two wellness labs supported by full locker rooms and administrative spaces.
