Scope Of Work
Complete renovation of a 53,000 sq ft elementary school with five new additions totaling an additional 14,000 sq ft. The interior was completely demolished. The roofing was removed down to the decking and new built-up roofing installed. Interior consisted of light gauge metal stud drywall partitions with acoustical ceilings, VCT in the classrooms, and carpet in the Administration and Media Center areas. Existing parking lot was demolished to allow for the construction of a new faculty parking lot and bus loop. Several new playgrounds and a new combination baseball/soccer field were constructed around the building.
