Scope Of Work
TPO roof overlay on existing modified roof. Install tapered insulation to direct water toward drains. Mechanically fasten 1/2" fan fold. Mechanically attach Carlisle 60-mil TPO membrane. Install new edge metal and heat-weld TPO membrane to metal.
All work included a fifteen-year Carlisle NDL warranty.
