Scope Of Work

Lighting

Four (4) WAC HR802 fixture and HR834 stainless steel trims with Halogen lamps mounted on celling.

Ceiling

¾" wood core, face with stainless #4 satin finish.

Wall Panels

½" wood core change of panels will be face with Wilsonart 7951K-18 Asian Sun. Two (2) panels on each of the side walls and Three (3) panel on rear wall. The panel will be held in place by aluminum extrusions and stainless #4 satin finish inserts.

Fronts panels

Strike post, transom and return wall re-clad with 20 gage stainless steel #4 satin finish.

Handrail

One (1) new ?" x 2" stainless steel #4 satin finish handrail on the rear wall only.

Flooring

Strip the current floor and install a new Fritz Tile Granite Series, No. GT3023 Royal Black.

Base

Stainless Steel #4 satin finish with vents slots on each walls.

Door:

Strip and re-clad with stainless #4 satin finish.

Misc

One (1) stainless steel certificate frame and one (1) new 2speed exhaust fan.
