Scope Of Work

Administration Building

• Isolate power to existing Cooling tower.
• Disconnect all piping, electrical and other utilities.
• Prep old tower for removal.
• Provide required crane service to remove and set tower.
• Provide new BAC tower of same size and capacity and set in same location modify existing supports to accept new tower.
• Provide new piping from POC to new tower.
• Provide new Water Treatment controller, pumps and drain valve.
• Reconnect electrical and controls to new tower.
• Perform start-up and testing on new tower. 
• Equipment has an estimated LEAD time of 6 weeks.

Old AG Building

• Isolate power to existing Cooling tower.
• Disconnect all piping, electrical and other utilities.
• Prep old tower for removal.
• Provide required crane service to remove and set tower.
• Provide new BAC tower of same size and capacity and set in same location modify existing supports to accept new tower.
• Provide new piping from POC to new tower.
• Provide new Water Treatment controller, pumps and drain valve.
• Reconnect electrical and controls to new tower.
• Provide and install new chain link fence enclosure around tower area.
• Perform start-up and testing on new tower. 
• Equipment has an estimated LEAD time of 6 weeks.

County Council Building-New Tower Install

• Building has no cooling tower currently.  So our scope is to provide and install a BAC tower sized to meet the needs of the existing water cooled chiller in basement.
• Provide all new piping, electrical and other utilities from building to new tower location.
• Provide trenching from building out to new tower location.
• Provide new VFD for new tower fan.
• Provide new Tower integration controls for adequate operation.
• Provide new concrete pad for new tower, location to be agreed upon by County personnel and EMCOR.
• Provide and install new chain link fence enclosure around tower area.
• Provide new Water Treatment controller, chemicals, pumps and drain valve.
• Perform start-up and testing on new tower. 
• Equipment has an estimated LEAD time of 6 weeks.

Education Building

• Building has no cooling tower currently.  So our scope is to provide and install a BAC tower sized to meet the needs of the existing water cooled equipment on roof plus 30% added capacity for future.
• Provide all new electrical and other utilities from building to new tower location.
• Provide new piping from new tower location to POC at exterior wall per shown on plans.
• Provide new return piping from MZ1 at West roof location to POC at exterior wall.
• Provide trenching from building out to new tower location.
• Provide new VFD for new tower fan.
• Provide new Tower integration controls for adequate operation and to prevent overflowing of tower during shut down.
• Provide new concrete pad for new tower, location to be agreed upon by County personnel and EMCOR.
• Provide and install new chain link fence enclosure around tower area.
• Provide new Water Treatment controller, chemicals, pumps and drain valve.
• Perform start-up and testing on new tower. 
• Equipment has an estimated LEAD time of 6 weeks.
