Scope Of Work

6 townhouses that contain 4 bedrooms (each with their own bathroom and walk-in closet), a large kitchen with brand-new appliances, a walk-in pantry, a spacious common room/ living room, a laundry room with its’ own washer and dryer, a dining room, and a small, gated backyard area. The townhomes are just walking distance to the local university, Sam Houston State University and is just off of Sam Houston Avenue. They are two stories with the first story having the common room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, one of the bedrooms, and a half bathroom. The upstairs contains the remaining three bedrooms. The large kitchen has numerous cabinets and drawers that can hold hundreds of items. It also contains a deep sink with an extendable faucet and a tall, deep fridge that will have no problem storing multiple items. Every bedroom door has a keypad lock that can program a personal 4 digit code and the front door also has an electronic lock that will only unlock with a key fob that has been programmed to a certain unit. The backyard area is covered with various rocks and no grass to ensure no issues with mud. The area is shared with all of the units but is fenced from the surrounding area to provide security.
