Scope Of Work
Formerly a Washington Mutual Banking Branch, the 5,500 square feet retail space was completely gutted to the existing retail shell.
Improvements included new Glass Storefront System and Stone Fai;ade, metal studs, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, sheetrock, acoustic ceiling, wood accent and trim, custom built teller counters and countertops, flooring, stone accent wall and signage.
