Scope Of Work
The Commons building at UC is a 142,000 square foot student commons expansion project, including dining, retail facilities, meeting areas, office space, lounges. The project features a towering class rotunda, it also includes a considerable renovation effort to the existing Costco Hall.
This project was delivered within budget on-time without interruption to students, faculty, or staff.
