Scope Of Work
William R. Nash, Inc. began work in June of 2006 on this new 120,000 square foot, six story bed tower which adds ninety-six acuity-adjustable universal patient beds and space for an additional forty-eight beds with a planned future expansion. The project consists of plumbing and full mechanical with 600 feet of underground chilled water, steam and pumped condensate lines, two 700 ton chillers, pumps and piping in the East Energy Center, and eighteen air handlers all expected to be completed May 2008 for Bovis Lend Lease, Inc. for $13,958,075.
