Scope Of Work
William R. Nash, Inc. began work in July 2005 for Balfour Beatty Company on the new addition of a Central Energy Plant and Laundry Facility that would serve the new Patient Tower, as well as the existing hospital. The Bed Tower is a ten story addition that will connect to the existing facility. It will have a new kitchen, dining area, auditorium and over two hundred additional patient rooms. The mechanical systems are expected to be complete May 2008 for $23,488,113.
