Scope Of Work
St. Catherine’s West is a comprehensive rehabilitation hospital located in Hialeah Gardens, FL. Upon completion the building will be three floors and contain forty beds. Features for St. Catherine’s include an aquatic center, transitional suites, private rooms, specialty outpatient rehabilitation clinics and medical offices for staff physicians.
William R. Nash, Inc. was awarded the plumbing and mechanical contracts for St. Catherine’s West by Arellano Construction Co. Total project cost is approximately $20.28 million. William R. Nash, Inc. will be installing a Trane Series R Air Cooled Helical Rotary Chiller which provides 300 tons on air conditioning throughout the building. Special features worthy of note include an in-house Oxygen Farm & Water Softener.
