Scope Of Work
William R. Nash V.I., Inc. began work in February 2001 on the Ritz Carlton Expansion and has continued through 2008 providing Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Protection and Site Utility Systems for the several phases of new construction, renovations and additions that have taken place on the exclusive 30 acre oceanfront property.
Project include: Six new fractional ownership, 4 and 5 story buildings, containing 106 high end two and three bedroom suites.; new seaside pool bar and grille, spa & fitness center, club members check in and lounge, and members storage buildings; full renovations and 2 story additions on 3 existing hotel buildings; extensive laundry and total energy plant upgrades totaling approximately $13,500,000 for William R. Nash V.I., Inc.
