This 180,000 Square Foot, 10 story research and laboratory for the University of Miami includes office space, interdisciplinary research groups, innovative interaction spaces, and Vivarium Room. Wet laboratories will include significant utility infrastructure systems and consist of physical sciences, as well as other specialized laboratories with related infrastructure. William R. Nash, Inc. provided complete Mechanical services for Moss and Associates on this facility including HVAC, Plumbing and Specialty Piping Systems for $12,703,290. This project is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2008.
