Scope Of Work
The Yacht Haven Grande Complex in St. Thomas began construction in February 2006. This 13.22 acre all inclusive complex consists of 12 luxury condominiums, 3 gourmet restaurants and 15 buildings totaling 80,000 feet of office retail space all overlooking a design build, 48 slip full service marina facility, which can accommodate up to 458 foot mega-yachts. William R. Nash V.I., Inc. self performed all HVAC, fire protection, plumbing and site utilities for the entire project. The buildings grand opening was held in March 2007. The project was completed for Manhattan Construction for $6,900,000.
