Our Story
CCI was started in 1992 by Jeff Downing, Ross Currier and Rudi Lehr. In 2008, Rudi's son, Bryant, replaced him as an owner of CCI, upon Rudi's retirement. At the end of 2015, Ross Currier retired from CCI, at which time, CFO, Laura Larson, became the third owner of CCI.
The company provides commercial construction services for a diversified group of clients throughout New England, with the majority of our projects being completed under a construction management contract.
CCI's sales volume is approximately $30 - $40 million annually and we employ approximately thirty-five professionals on a full-time basis.
The business is very well capitalized and CCI has a $50 million bonding program, along with a $900,000 line of credit that has never been used in the history of the company.
Our client list includes most of New Hampshire's leading manufacturing firms, private and public schools, municipalities, retailers, health care organizations and many hospitality firms.
