Scope Of Work

The existing office building was badly in need of a face-lift.  Working with Carlo DiNunzio, we re-clad and highlighted portions of the building.  We warmed up the formerly cold exterior with ipe wood battens set in rugged steel frames and created a  entry off of Fairview that we framed with wide-flange steel columns and beams to form a canopy and portal.  Taking a cold, boring building and turning it into an eye-catching place in the happening Montrose  was a lot  fun.
