Scope Of Work
A remodel and addition to an existing single family residence and an occupancy change created the Cypress Assisted Living facility. The resulting 16 unit facility is well suited to the full time care seniors – full kitchen, lounge areas, spacious backyard and play area for the grand kids, and single or shared rooms.
