Scope Of Work
Multi-trade Design/Build ID/IQ: New construction and rehabilitation of existing buildings/occupied space at various naval facilities. Most projects include significant mechanical demolition and upgrade of all systems.
Like many Task Order contacts, the challenge of this contract is the management of multiple projects at multiple locations, each project ranging in value between $1-5 million. An added twist to this contract is the fast tracking of these Design/Build projects. All work takes place at secure naval facilities with cramped compounds that leave little room for construction materials, machinery, and activities.
