Kenneth began his career in over 30 years ago working for his father's residential company. His passion for quality resulted in establishing his first company, Kenneth Tucker Builders, in 1984. Dedication to excellence quickly expanded his company's capabilities from residential to commercial resulting in the full-service commercial general contracting firm that exists today. His company continued to grow into a team comprised of dedicated professionals serving customers across the country. Kenneth changed his company's name to Denver Company, knowing his employees shared the same passion in which he established his company nearly three decades ago.
As President of DCC, Kenneth has leveraged his leadership skills overseeing a team that has successfully expanded the company's commercial capabilities nationwide. A certified mold remediation inspector for both residential and commercial properties, Kenneth continues to provide his extensive commercial and residential expertise on numerous projects. He also is president and owner of Norman Plantation, a real estate development company incorporated in 1996.
A past president of Lincoln County Home Builders Association in North Carolina and Director on the Board of First Federal Savings Bank, Kenneth has made being active within his industry and community an ongoing commitment to giving back and making a difference. In addition to serving on numerous business board of directors and county-appointed boards, he is also involved with the Oasis Temple Shrine, a Trustee for Friendly Chapel Baptist Church, and a Mason, Southern Jurisdiction. On a national level, Kenneth is a member of the International Code Council and the National Federation of Independent Businesses.
